Cancellation policy
A one-month notice is required for any cancellations or schedule modifications.
Participant cancellations made 14 days before the commencement of the class will receive full reimbursement, minus a 5% + $50 administrative fee.
Participant cancellations made 14 and 7 days before the class's start will be refunded 50%.
Participant cancellations within 7 days of the class's start will not be eligible for reimbursement.
Medical Circumstances:
In cancellations stemming from medical reasons or injury, a valid medical certificate must accompany the request. A complete reimbursement minus a 5% + $50 processing fee will be issued to individuals unable to return to class due to severe injury or medical incapacitation. Temporary absences due to medical grounds will be credited towards future classes, utilizing paid membership fees, or transference to a sibling.
